Take 15 minutes and practice some gymnastics movements.
- 5 x L-Sit 15 -30 seconds
- 3 x Handstand Hold 30 seconds (supported)
Then perform as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
- 10 x Kettlebell Swings @ 24kg
- 5 x Burpee/Pullups

Got in 2 x 30 sec L-Sites then dropped to 15 secs.
For the WOD part, got in 9 rounds all unbroken.
