AMRAP of Bench Press, Toes to Bar, Renegade Rows

AMRAP in 15 minutes of:

  • 10 x Body Weight Bench Press (70kg)
  • 20 x Toes to Bar
  • 30 x Renegade Rows (total) @ 12kg

Results: 3 Rounds plus 4 Bench Press.  Did complete frist round unbroken.  After that, borke bench into sets of 3s and 2s, T2B into 5s and RRs remained unbroken for each round.

    Result 27.5.15: 3 rounds plus 4 Bench Press (80kg/11kg RR). Did not managed unbroken round (T2B..)
    Finished workout with 200 Double Unders in 3:53
