The workout at SRCF was running and pullups, so I decided to just run there, do some pullups, run farther, do more pullups and then run home. So my version is… For time:
- Run 2.5k
- 30 x Pullups
- Run 3k
- 30 x Pullups
- Run 2.5k

PM, 16.5.17: This year’s Rock’n’Run is coming up soon, so I did some running again. Time: 51:44 (with alternating pull- & chin-ups)
PM, 30.5.16: Since I will participate in the Rock’n’Run later this year (http://rockandrun.ch/), I need to do some running. So this WOD came in handy..
Time: 48:23 (on treadmill; first 2.5k in around 12:40, 3k in around 15:00)
