This was the WOD from last Wednesday. For time do:
- Run 1 km
- 50 x Med Ball Cleans @ 9kg
- 50 x Kettlebell Swings (American)
- 50 x Ring Pushups
- 50 x Box Jumps
- 50 x Wall Balls
- Row 1 km
Results: 30:25. Was a really hot and humid day, heat index was around 106° F, 41° C!!
PM,5.7.16: had to change some exercises since my gym is not equipped:
Med Ball Cleans => Barbell Cleans @12.5kg
normal Pushups
Box Jumps => Goblet Squats @21kg
Wall Balls => Thrusters @12.5kg
Result: 24:58
Obviously the replacement exercises were too easy.. or it was the “Pre-Workout Paleo Energizing-Superfood” I tried for the first time today.. 😉
