The original workout was a partner workout, but since I missed the class I just did it alone and split it into 3 rounds…
For time do 3 rounds of:
- 10 x Handstand Pushups
- 5 x Bar Muscle Ups
- Row 10 Calories
- 10 x Burpees
- 10 x Power Snatch ( I used 35kg/75lbs, Rx was 43kg/95lbs )
