SRCF Workout from 2. July

The original workout was a partner workout, but since I missed the class I just did it alone and split it into 3 rounds…

For time do 3 rounds of:

  • 10 x Handstand Pushups
  • 5 x Bar Muscle Ups
  • Row 10 Calories
  • 10 x Burpees
  • 10 x Power Snatch ( I used 35kg/75lbs, Rx was 43kg/95lbs )

Results:  14:31

    PM, 4.7.16: did 3 rounds of 10 skull crusher@26kg and 10 plyometric push ups first.
    Did Metcon in 14:55 (did 10 pull ups instead of muscle ups; also used 35kg for snatch)
