- Pullups
Results: For the metcon finished in 4:05 ( 21 unbroken pullups 🙂 )
PM, 15.5.17: used 2x21kg Dumbbell for Strict Press and 2×23.5kg for Shoulder to Overhead. Metcon in 6:52 (with strict pullups)
