Backsquats then Masters Qualifier Workout #4 (scaled)

Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes do

  • 5 x Back Squats

Increase weight per round.

For time do two rounds of

  • 10 x Deadlifts @ 185lbs
  • 20 x Handstand Pushups
  • 30 x Goblet Squats @ 24kg

Results:  For the Back Squats got up to 205lbs/93kg.  Finished the metcon in 10:48.

    PM, 11.5.17: For the Back Squats got up to 85kg. Finished the metcon in 09:31. My Handstand Pushups were probably all no-reps…
