Front Squats and Seated Presses

A short workout today.

Not for time do 4 sets of

  • 8 x Front Squats @ 135lbs
  • 12 x Seated Dumbbell Strict Press @ 12kg per hand

Rest as needed between sets.

Results:  Pick a weight where you can do all reps with good form … For the front squat, I chose 135lbs/61kg which is around 66% of my 1RM.
