Results: For the back squats – 115/145/165/185/195lbs (88kg). For the metcon 16:54 (sandbag made it very challenging for only 55lbs)
PM, 31.8.17: Back Squats: 50/60/70/75/80/85kg (did extra round..). Metcon: 12:55 – no sandbag but with 12kg dumbbell per hand
