Take 15-20 minutes to work up to a heavy
- 3 x Deadlifts
Then 5 rounds for time
- 10 x Deadlifts @ 185lbs
- 15 x Toes to Bar
- 50 x Double Unders
Results: For the deadlifts got up to 255lbs. For the metcon 17:55.
PM, 6.1.18: I re-did this WOD since I had enough time (Saturday). Results: DL 135kg. Metcon 14:38
PM, 8.11.2017: It seemed easy when I read the WOD but I was wrong.. Results: For the deadlifts got up to 130kg (PR for 3 reps, I think). For the metcon 17:18.
