Results: Front squats 110-115-130-150-165. From my driveway to the end of the road is 300m so only ran that far… finished in 17:07. Nice workout.
PM, 1.3.18: Front squats: 50/55/60/65/70/75 (did one extra round, didn’t think I managed 75kg). Part 2: 21:12 (400m on treadmill; burpee box jumps (no over, there’s no box..). Good workout!
