  • Front Squats @ 95lbs
  • Toes to Bar

Results:  Front Squat 95-115-135-155-185.  Strict Press – 95-115-125-140-145.  Metcon 5:17.  Another good workout!

    PM, 25.4.18: Front Squat: 40/50/60/70/80kg. Strict Press: 40/50/55/60/60kg. Metcon: 5:16 (but with Front Squats @40kg only..)
