Cleans, Box Jumps and Kettlebell Swings

Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes

  • 3 x Hang Power Clean

Then every 2 minutes for 6 minutes

  • 3 x Power Clean

Then every 2 minutes for 6 minutes

  • 3 x Squat Clean

Then AMRAP in 15 minutes of

  • 6 x Hang Power Clean @ 95lbs
  • 15 x Box Jumps
  • 6 x Push Press @ 95lbs
  • 15 x Kettlebell Swings

Results:  HPC 115-125-130lbs.  PC 135-145-155lbs.  SC 135-155-165lbs.  AMRAP 4 rounds plus 46 reps.

    PM, 30.8.18: HPC: 50/55/60kg. PC: 60/60/65kg. SC: 30/40/50kg – first time ever I did Squat Cleans.. AMRAP: My timer didn’t start, so after 2 rounds I timed 13 minutes: 6 rounds (with HPC/PP@40kg and Dumbbell@26kg for KB swings).
