Deadlifts and Plate Walks then Sandbag Thrusers and Burpees

Sunday night workout… quick but effective. 

3 rounds of

  • 5 x Deadlift @ 220lbs/100kg
  • Rest 60 second
  • 20 x Handstand Plate Walks or Shoulder Taps
  • Rest 60 seconds

Then for time

  • 100 x Sandbag Thrusters / Wallballs
  • EMOM stop and do 3 Burpees

Results:  Metcon 7:45.
