- 5 x Deadlift @ 220lbs/100kg
- Rest 60 second
- 20 x Handstand Plate Walks or Shoulder Taps
- Rest 60 seconds
Then for time
- 100 x Sandbag Thrusters / Wallballs
- EMOM stop and do 3 Burpees
Results: Metcon 7:45.
