Front Squats then HSPU, Pullups and Pistols

CF Invictus WOD from March 18.

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes, Front Squats

  • 5 @ 55%
  • 5 @ 65%
  • 3 @ 75%
  • 2 @ 85%
  • 2 @ 95%

Then AMRAP in 12 minutes of

  • 3 x Handstand Pushups
  • 6 x Strict Pullups
  • 12 x Alternating Pistols

Results: Front Squat 120-140-160-185-200lbs.   Metcon 3 rounds plus 16 reps.

    PM, 25.3.19: I decided I let my injured shoulder rest this week, so I altered the 2nd part of the WOD: I did 6x Deadlift @85kg, 12x alternating pistols, 18x weighted situps (15kg). Result: 5 rounds plus 6 reps. Front Squats: 50/60/70/80/80kg
