- Box Jumps

PM, 22.5.19. Did the same as last week, except Split Squats @10-14-16kg per hand. Metcon in 10:17
PM, 16.5.19: For the Split Squats I took 12-12-16kg KB not per hand but total.. that’s why is was so light.. Metcon: I did step ups with 14kg DB per hand instead of BJ in 10:36.
