As you might have noticed I have not posted much in the last couple of weeks. Partially this was because I was on vacation but when I got back, I also decided to try out the Crossfit Invictus Online Masters Program. So for the next little while I will be following their programing.
I am now one week in and it seems to be a good program, the coach is super responsive to the videos I post in Facebook and provides good feedback. Their programming is also a change from my normal programming so it is a good break from the routine. We’ll see how it goes for the next month or so…
I noticed there wasn’t new posts coming, but I figured you take a break of posting.. I like the varied trainings, the duration, the weight and the results. It gives me a good reference and I don’t have to think about what to do… I hope you keep your page accessible. There are so many WOD’s posted, I won’t get bored and I will keep on tracking results, if possible… Thanks for posting for such a long time, I really appreciate it!
