Take 15 minutes and work on a Gymnastics skill.

EMOM for 5 minutes

  • 3 x Snatch Grip Deadlift @ 80lbs

Then EMOM for 5 minutes

  • 3 x High Hang Power Snatch @ 65lbs

Then every 2 minutes 6 minutes

  • 5 x Overhead Squats @ 80lbs

Results: Just skill practice today.
