- 10 x Single Leg Seated Pike Lift
- 10 x Seated Pike Lift
Every 2 minutes for 10 Minutes
- 8 x Alternating Single Arm Dumbbell Bench Press per Side @ 21kg
Hold both Dumbbells and alternate pressing each for a total of 8 per side.
Then AMRAP in 20 minutes
- 10 x Strict Pullups
- 10 x Weighted Situps @ 25lbs/10kg
- 10 x Bench Press @ 145lbs
Results: Update on March 15… noticed I forgot to put my results in. According to my timer, I got in 4 rounds with 5 minutes remaining, so probably very close to 5 rounds (round 4 took 4:49).
I forgot my result: 5 rounds plus 25 reps.
PM, 4.3.20: First 2 parts were ok. For part 3, I replaced pullups with pushups, since my palm is still raw. Bad decision, too much of the same.. I had to reduce the weight for the bench press from 65kg to 60kg to 55kg.. and I still had a hard time..
