Pullups and DB Presses then Run, Lunges and Pushups

5 rounds

  • 10-8-6-4-2 x Strict Pullups
  • Between each Round 5 x Seated DB Press @ 18kg per Hand

Then 5 rounds for time (taken from Street Parking).

  • Run 200m
  • 40 x Lunges
  • Run 200m
  • 20 x Pushups

Results: All as prescribed… Metcon 20:04 (Street Parking target is 20 to 28 minutes).
