  • 3 x Strict Press
  • Rest 30 seconds
  • 3 x Single Arm Rows per Side @ 24kg
  • Rest 90 seconds

Then AMRAP in 15 minutes (target is 10 rounds)

  • 8 x Pushup Plus Renegade Row @ 14kg
  • 10 x Box Step Over with Dumbbells (20in/50cm box)

Results: Strict Press 115-120-125-130-135lbs. Metcon 7 rounds.
