Fart 1 – Take 15-20 minutes and work up to a heavy

  • 5 x Deadlift

Part 2 – A modified version of the Dennis O’Berg WOD from Wodwell

EMOM for 14 minutes of

  • Even Minute 8 x Handstand Pushups
  • Odd Minute 10 x Deadlift @ 65-75% of part 1

Finisher, for time (and benchmark)

  • Row 500m

Results: Part 1 – 235lbs. Part 2 – used 165lbs. 500m in 1:52.

    PM, 23.11.20: Part 1: 110kg, part 2: 75 kg. EMOM: last 2 rounds only managed 7 HSPU. Row 1:48.
