Cleans, Presses and Deadlifts

Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes work up to a heavy complex.

  • 1 x Deadlift
  • 1 x Hang Power Clean
  • 3 x Strict Press

Then 4 rounds for time, using 75% weight from above

  • 15 Cal Row
  • 12 x Deadlifts
  • 9 x Hang Power Clean and Push Press / Jerk

Results: Strict Press 130lbs. Metcon 14:58, used 100lbs. Forearm killer..
