Results: 40-30-23-22-23 reps (138 total). Made this one up myself… worked pretty well I think.
PM, 22.8.21: for my shoulder’s sake I replaced HSPU with strict pullups. Results: 45-45-42-44-43 reps (232 total). Once I messed up the weight, used 92kg instead of 102kg..
