- 5 x Wide Grip Strict Pullups
Then for time 15-12-9-6-3 (basically Fran with Dumbbells and a different rep scheme)
- Dumbbell Thrusters @ 16kg
- Pullups
Results: Used 120lbs for the Bench Press (1RM is 205lbs). Metcon 6:16.
