Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes, work up to a heavy
- 3 x Strict Press
Then EMOM until failure
- 10 x Strict Press @ 50-60% of max weight from above
EMOM for 10 minutes
- 1-2 x Bar Muscle Ups
Results: Strict Press 95-115-125-135-140lbs. For the second part, used 75lbs and got in 3 rounds. Muscle Ups were not pretty, still need to work on form.
