Presses and Muscle Ups

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes, work up to a heavy

  • 3 x Strict Press

Then EMOM until failure

  • 10 x Strict Press @ 50-60% of max weight from above

EMOM for 10 minutes

  • 1-2 x Bar Muscle Ups

Results: Strict Press 95-115-125-135-140lbs. For the second part, used 75lbs and got in 3 rounds. Muscle Ups were not pretty, still need to work on form.

    PM, 29.11.21: Strict Press 40/45/50/55/60kg, Second part: 32.5kg and 6 rounds. Since I have been practicing muscle ups, I felt ready for this WOD. They were not pretty but I managed 10 rounds with 2 MU each. Work in progress..
