Results: At the time cap – 9 rounds plus 9 reps. Kept going to the end… 24:50. Since this is 100 reps @ 102kg that means I lifted 10,200kg in 25 minutes 😀.
PM, 21.3.22: Because of my shoulder (tear on rotator cuff..) my movements are limited, so I did this WOD again but just 10 min: 9 rounds.
PM, 6.3.22: Because of my shoulder I did half burpees. At time cap – 9 rounds plus 10 reps. Kept going… 25:40. Very hard, even with half burpees..
