Pike Lifts, Deadlifts and Box Jumps

4 rounds of 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest

  • Pike Lift Hold

5 rounds

  • 8 x Single Leg Deadlift @ 32kg Right
  • Rest 30 seconds
  • 8 x Single Leg Deadlift @ 32kg Left
  • Rest 60 seconds

Then 10 rounds for time

  • 10 x No Touch Deadlift @ 165lbs/75kg (stop just below the knee)
  • 10 x Box Jump
  • Rest 40 seconds

Results: Metcon 15:01 including rests. Low Deadlift weight meant I could do all rounds unbroken… worked out well.

    PM, 29.6.22: SLDL @36kg Dumbbell. Metcon 19:12, around 2 min per round including rest. No touch DL was hard on the back..
