- 5 x Sumo Deadlift @ 85% of 1RM
Then 2 sets of
- 10 x Touch and go Sumo Deadlift @ 75%
Then for total distance
- Bike 12 minutes or Row 3k
Results: Used 270lbs and 205lbs for the Deadlifts. Threw in the indoor bike at the last minute to get some cardio in.
