Results: Back Squat 165-185-195-200lbs/91kg. Used 100lbs for the Step Ups. Metcon 5 rounds plus 24 reps.
PM, 22.8.22: Back Squats @70, 75, 80, 85kg. Used 45kg for ther step up. Metcon 5 rounds.
