- 3 x Skin the Cat
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
- 10 x Barbell Reverse Rows (to chest pr sternum)
- 10 x Dips
Then every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
- 3 x L-Sit Pullups
- 10 x TRX Tricep Extensions
