Wearing a 10kg weight vest, EMOM for 15 minutes, rotate throughout each of the movements (5 rounds per movement)
- Movement 1 – 15 x Kettlebell Swings @ 32kg
- Movement 2 – 12 x Staggered Stance Kettlebell Deadlift @ 32kg (6 per leg)
- Movement 3 – 15 x Pushups
Results: Used 145lbs for the Front Squats. Metcon done.
