Front Squats then Kettlebell Swings and DUs

5 rounds of

  • 2 x Front Squat @ 2RM

Then 3 rounds of

  • 15 x Goblet Squats @ 32kg

Then for time 50-40-30-20-10 of

  • Kettlebell Swings @ 24kg
  • Double Unders

Results: Used 210lbs for the Front Squats, happy to have gotten all 5 sets without dropping my elbows too much. Metcon 9:26.
