Deadlifts then a Kettlebell Finisher

  • 5 x Deadlift @ 1.75% Bodyweight (same as last time)

Then AMRAP in 15 using a single Kettlebell

  • 10 x Single Kettlebell Deadlift per Side
  • 10 x Single Kettlebell Clean and Press per Side
  • 10 x Goblet Squat

Results: Used 275lbs/125kg for the Deadlifts. Metcon @ 20kg 3 rounds plus 13 reps.
