Then 4 rounds of
- 5 x Wide Grip Pullups
- 5 x Narrow Grip Pullups
- Rest 30 seconds
- 10 x Ring Dips
- Rest 90 seconds
Results: Worked late last night so keeping it short with not enough sleep. Used 195lbs for the Back Squats.
