Back Squats and Good Mornings then Bike and Pullups

Based on a Repwerks workout from Instagram…

4 rounds of

  • 10 x Back Squat @ 70-75% of 1RM

Then 3 sets of

  • 12 x Barbell Good Mornings increasing weight per round

Then AMRAP in 20 minutes for max distance

  • Bike
  • Every 3 minutes stop and do 8 x Strict Pullups

Results: Used 175lbs for the Back Squats. Good Mornings 25-30-35kg… wasn’t sure how this would go so kept it light. Metcon 6.2k.
