Bench Press and Weighted Pullups then Atomic Pushups, Bent Rows and Situps

  • 5 x Bench Press @ 75% of 1RM
  • 5-6 x Weighted Pullups @ 10kg

Then EMOM for 12 minutes

  • Odd Minute – 8 x TRX Atomic Pushup
  • Even Minute – 8 x Barbell Bent Rows @ 55kg/120lbs

Then acumulate

  • 30 x Barbell Straight Leg Situps @ 20kg

Results: Used 75kg for the Bench.
