Bench Press and Weighted Pullups then Ring Dips and Power Snatches

3 rounds

  • 5 x Bench Press @ 80% of 1RM
  • 5 x Weighted Pullups @ 13kg

Then 7 rounds for time

  • 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 x Ring Dips
  • Between every round stop and do 3 x Power Snatch @ 65lbs

Results: Used 82kg for the Bench… had to break up rounds 2 and 3 into two sets (4 reps plus 1 rep), with each break re-racked weight and took a 20-25 second pause. Metcon 10:55.
