Results: Used 185 for the Bench Press. Metcon 9 rounds plus 2 reps. For the TRX Rows, put feet on my bench so body was parallel to the floor.
PM, 13.7.22: I messed up the WOD.. I replaced Bench press with Squats (on purpose). Then did 25 Archer Pullups (well.. kind of..) but switched to strict Pullups for the remaining 25. Inthe AMRAP I forgot the thrusters… did 10 rounds (was still very hard..)
