EMOM for 10 minutes
- 2 x Weighted Pullup @ 13kg
- 3 x Strict Pullups (as fast as possible)
Then EMOM for 18 minutes rotate through the following (6 rounds of each)
- Station 1 – 5 x Feet Elevated Reverse Ring Rows
- Station 2 – 8 x Ring Dips
- Station 3 – 5 x Strict Toes to Bar
Results: Done.
PM, 8.2.24: used 12kg KB for weighted PU. After 5 rounds had to switch to 2 + 2.
