C2B Pullups and Dips Two Ways

In the Vita Parcour…

EMOM for 20 minutes

  • 2 x Chest to Bar Pullups (as high as possible)

Then EMOM for 8 minutes

  • 2 Russian Dips (like a Russian Pushup, just from the Dip Bars)

Then EMOM for 8 minutes

  • 3 x Bar Facing Dips

Results: Done as shown. Wasn’t sure I could manage Russian Dips but they worked out well.
