In the Vita Parcour…
EMOM for 20 minutes
- 2 x Chest to Bar Pullups (as high as possible)
Then EMOM for 8 minutes
- 2 Russian Dips (like a Russian Pushup, just from the Dip Bars)
Then EMOM for 8 minutes
- 3 x Bar Facing Dips
Results: Done as shown. Wasn’t sure I could manage Russian Dips but they worked out well.
