Handstand Work then Strict Presses

Take 15 minutes and work on Handstands

Then take 20 minutes and work up to a heavy

  • 8-10 x Strict Press

Then 3 rounds of

  • Max Seated Dumbbell Press @ 14kg per hand
  • Rest 2 minute

Results: Got a 10 second and then a 15 second freestanding Handstand. Strict Presses 10x20kg-10x30kg-10x40kg-8x43kg-8x45kg. Seated DB Press 14-12-10 reps.
