    PM, 4.1.16: For the back squats did only 60-70-70-70kg
    I had to modify metcon to 20 x thrusters @ 11kg per hand, 10 x normal dips, 5 x chest to bar pullups (at least I tried..). Only did 4 rounds and over 12 min…
