Just Cleans and Box Jumps

Every 4 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets):

  • 3 x 3-Position Clean (mid-thigh, below the knee and then from the floor)

Then for time do 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of the following.  Between each round do 3 x Pullups.

  • Box Jumps
  • Power Cleans @ 95lbs/43kg

Results:  For the first part used 125lbs/56kg.  For the metcon, completed in 17:25.

    PM, 3.8.16: For the first part used 50kg. Fot the metcon used 40kg and did jump squats instead of box jumps, competed in 15:57.
