Not for time warm up with 3 rounds of:
- 10 x Pushups
- 10 x TRX Rows
- 10 x Tuck Up (but went all the way down to the floor between)
Then every 90 seconds for 18 minutes (6 rounds)
- First 90 seconds – 5 x Bench Press @ 185lbs
- Second 90 seconds – 3 x Weighted Pullups @ 30lbs
Results: Nothing to say.
