Bench Press and Weighted Pullups

Not for time warm up with 3 rounds of:

  • 10 x Pushups
  • 10 x TRX Rows
  • 10 x Tuck Up (but went all the way down to the floor between)

Then every 90 seconds for 18 minutes (6 rounds)

  • First 90 seconds – 5 x Bench Press @ 185lbs
  • Second 90 seconds – 3 x Weighted Pullups @ 30lbs

Results:  Nothing to say.
