Front Squats then Thrusters and Burpee Pullups

Not for time do Front Squats, rest 2-3 minutes between rounds

  • 5 @ 65lbs
  • 5 @ 95lbs
  • 5 @ 115lbs
  • 3 @ 135lbs
  • 3 @ 155lbs
  • 3 @ 170lbs
  • 1.1.1.1.1 @ 185lbs (rest 30 seconds between singles)

Then for time do 3 rounds of

  • 10 x Thrusters @ 65lbs
  • 10 x Burpee Pullups

Results:  For the metcon 5:34.
