Pause Squats then L-Sit and Split Squats

For form do 3 rounds of

  • 3 x Pause Back Squats (5 sec pause at bottom) @ 125lbs

Then EMOM for 16 minutes (8 sets of each)

  • Even minute – 15 second L-Sit
  • Odd minute – 3 x Split Squats @ 95lbs

Results:  Happy enough with my back squat, still had some impingement in my hip flexors.
