Back Squats then Power Cleans, Thrusters and BJO

Five sets of:

  • 4 – 6 x Back Squat
  • Rest 3 minutes between sets

Complete five rounds for time of:

  • 5 x Power Cleans @ 95lbs
  • 5 x Thrusters @ 95lbs
  • 10 x Box Jump-Overs
  • Rest 2 minute
